Hiya, It'll only seem to let me submit to featured, I was wondering if the other folders could be opened for submissions too?

I thought they were opened that is my bad I'll try to fix that

Um, I just submitted a deviation that got declined, but I don't see any rules lists that might help explain why.

Sure i can do that, no problem. I've never played animal crossing so I didn't think to do that. My bad.
